Reponsibilities
1.Attending Calls and Giving info to the customer and supervisor about the work.
2.Scheduling meetings and appointments.
3.Ordering and taking stock of office supplies.
4.Writing and issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of teams or senior staff.
5.Must be professional in Ms.Office Programs and others IT skills will be plus point.
